Why Eleven Bridges
I build the system — and I speak human.
Most people in AI can do one or the other: build it but not explain it, or sell it but not build it. After 30 years architecting enterprise systems, I do both — I build the technology right, then translate it so you actually understand it and use it.
That's the bridge: between the AI and the human who has to live with it. It's not a sales tactic — it's how I'm wired. You get an engineer's depth and a person's clarity, in the same conversation.
Both halves are certified. The IT side: Citrix Certified Professional in Virtualization and in App Delivery & Security, plus CompTIA Network+ and A+. The AI side: Google-certified in responsible AI use, 2026 — the part most people deploying agents skip.
And it is published, not claimed. Three businesses, no single system
Running Eleven Bridges alongside two other real businesses — including an active short-term rental — meant leads, documents, and decisions were scattered across memory, notebooks, and whatever tool was closest at hand. Nothing was lost on purpose. Nothing was easy to find on purpose, either.
Every business, one real command center
Each business now has its own real folder, its own document index, and its own place in the pipeline — added the same way a client would add theirs. Every consulting lead runs through a real Chief of Staff briefing. Every decision is logged, not re-litigated from memory a month later.
