Guide
Everything we do — and how to pick what you actually need
Most people who call us open the same way: "I know I should be doing something with AI, I just don't know what." That's a fair place to start. So here's the whole menu in plain English, and — more usefully — an honest guide to which part of it you should care about first. Most businesses only need one thing from this list. A few need none of it yet.
First, the only decision that changes the price
Every service we offer comes two ways.
Build & own it. A one-time project. We build it, hand it over, and it runs in your accounts. You own it outright. This suits people who have someone technical around, or who simply want the thing done and out of the way.
Let us run it. We host it, watch it, fix it and improve it for a monthly fee. You never touch the technical side. This suits people who'd rather own the result than the system.
That's it. There's no tiering puzzle underneath — it's one question: do you want to own the machine, or just the output?
If the problem is "business is coming in and we're dropping it"
This is the most common one, and usually the most expensive problem a small business has — not because advertising is costly, but because the call nobody answered was already paid for.
An AI receptionist answers every call, around the clock. It screens the robocalls, gets the caller's details, and books straight into your calendar. You get the message before the caller has finished hanging up.
An AI website and email concierge does the same job for the people who never call — it greets visitors, answers real questions about your business, and captures the lead without making anyone fill in a form.
If you don't have a real website yet, we bundle a clean site, the AI intake built into it, and your Google Business Profile set up properly, so people can actually find you in the first place.
Start here if: you can name a lead you lost last month because nobody got back to them fast enough. If you can name two, start here today.
If you're in real estate
This is our deepest specialty, and it splits three ways depending on which side of the business you're on.
Investors use our deal validation: give it your buy box, and it reads your seller leads, scores each one for motivation, runs the investor math, and matches every deal to the right cash buyer — producing a report you hand straight to that buyer. A raw county list becomes a short list of validated, buyer-matched deals.
Property managers get a cockpit: every building on one screen — occupancy, rent billed versus collected, delinquency, work orders sorted by how urgent they actually are, and lease expirations flagged before they quietly turn into vacancies. The number most managers tell us they've never had in front of them is what each empty unit is costing them per month. It's on the first screen.
Agents and brokerages increasingly have a different problem. People now ask an AI assistant "who's a good brokerage near me?" — and get an answer. We show you exactly what AI says about your business today, and what it says about your competitors. It's usually an uncomfortable five minutes, and it's free.
Start here if: you're already doing volume and losing time to admin rather than losing deals. If you're not doing volume yet, this isn't your bottleneck.
If the problem is "the paperwork is eating my evenings"
Bookkeeping: drop in a receipt, get it back categorised, deductible-flagged, in a tax-ready ledger. We're not replacing your accountant or your accounting software — we're removing the data entry.
Email triage: sorts the inbox into what needs you, what can be handled, and what can be ignored, and drafts the replies. Nothing gets sent without your say-so.
Content and marketing: keeps your voice, plans the campaigns, writes the posts and emails, and keeps a record of what actually worked.
Start here if: your leads are handled but you're working nights. This is time back, not revenue up — worth being clear-eyed about which one you need.
If nobody has ever properly looked at your network
This is the part most AI companies can't do, and it's where thirty years of enterprise IT sits.
A network security audit is a read-only look at what's exposed, what's misconfigured, and what's quietly out of date — scored, prioritised, in plain English. It only ever looks. It never changes anything.
Cloud build and support covers servers, private networking, dashboards, backups and remote access — designed and documented so it doesn't depend on one person remembering how it works.
And governed AI is the unglamorous one that matters most: which AI can touch what, who approves what, what gets logged. This is standard practice in enterprise IT and almost unheard of in small-business AI. It's the reason ours can be trusted near real data.
Start here if: you handle other people's money or personal information. Property managers, law firms and medical practices — this is not optional for you, whatever else you do.
If you genuinely don't know
Then don't buy anything yet. Take the free 30-minute assessment. We look at how your business actually runs and come back with the specific places AI would save you time or money — and, importantly, the places it wouldn't.
We'd rather tell you "not yet" than sell you something that quietly fails in four months. A tool that doesn't fit gets abandoned, and then you've paid to become more cynical about AI. That helps nobody.
For bigger operations there's a longer version — a maturity assessment that scores where you stand across readiness, data, people and governance, and produces a staged plan instead of a pile of tools.
How you'll know it's working
Every managed engagement includes value reporting, free. Once a week you get a plain summary of what your AI actually did — calls answered, leads captured, hours saved, and the dollars behind them.
We include it because we think you should be able to see what you're paying for, and cancel us the moment the number stops making sense. An AI service that can't show its work is asking you to take it on faith, and faith is a bad basis for a monthly invoice.
The honest summary
Most businesses need one thing off this list, not ten. Usually it's the first section — stop dropping the business you're already paying to attract. Everything else is worth doing later, once the front door is fixed.
You can see the full catalog on one page here, or call our AI receptionist at 800-422-2082 and try to stump it. That's usually a faster way to decide than reading anything we've written.
